Located in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota the Urban Lodge Brewery & Restaurant is a neighborhood gathering place - AKA, the coolest garage in town.

A community hangout, the brewery offers a full menu and features 12 small-batch craft brewed ales and lagers on tap. We also offer a variety of liquor and wine. Our 15 barrel system includes three fermenters and two serving tanks.

The brewery is also available for a variety of events, from weddings and birthday parties to business meetings. Send us a message or call us to learn more!

Food was very good. Nice beer selection. Service was poor. Waitress was unsure of numerous questions asked about the food and alcohol. 2 of 3 meals had the wrong side served.  They were quick to fix it.

Great spot for lunch and a beer. The beer flight was a great option to try a few beers. I liked all the beers too! Pizza was the overall best menu item. Mac and cheese pizza with tator tots...delicious! Sweat potato fries were average. They have a outdoor rooftop patio.

Sweet mother of God! This place seriously needs to pull its head out of its a**. Serving beer in a cracked glass, major cracks, lucky nobody got hurt. None of the staff cared we didn't get our food or appetizers. We sat for over an hour and never got our food. We had to leave because our waitress quit right at our table and other people left too. Nice looking place from the outside, inside.......pay no attention the s*#! show behind the curtains!

I've been here on two occasions; once when it was super busy and once near closing and it was dead. Both times I only ordered beers, however. I will say that this place has a real nice atmosphere, in my opinion. It kind of has that west coast brewpub feel, which I like. I would give 5 stars, except I thought the beer was just ok.

Overall, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Have you ever had your waitress tell you, "Just leave, I am!"? This place is a hot mess! Over an hour waiting for food that never came, a waitress that quit and suggested we leave because our food will never come. While we waited, two separate staff members broke bottles of alcohol all over the place, behind the bar and in front of it. We had friends there at the same time that said they got all the wrong appetizers and main dishes (at least they got to eat).  We decided to adhere to our former waitress' advice and informed the staff we couldn't wait any longer. We had a show to catch, and still had to find somewhere else to eat. The staff had a permanent deer-in-headlight gaze on their face as we explained why we weren't going to wait until the next full moon. Simply put, this was our first and last visit here. I literally cannot see this place keeping its doors open very long. Best of luck!!
