First time ordering from Papa Johns. I got a pizza with no cheese because I am allergic to dairy and I was going to add my own cheese at home. They put cheese on the pizza anyway... which is alright, has happened to me with other companies before. But usually they will let me keep the messed up pizza since it will go in the trash anyway. I asked if they would be throwing it away and they said yes, so then I asked to keep the pizza since it’d be a waste of food and I would also have to be waiting an extra 15mins for another pizza. Only seemed like the right thing to do, right?? They told me no. Idiots.

Ordered at 10:46pm. Arrived at 11:17pm on a busy Friday night. Pizza was HOT and FRESH. Definitely appreciated the quick delivery. Ask for Antuan. Friday night. He'll get it to you with the quickness. Thanks Papa John's of Clinton Md. You guys got it right tonight!

I would have gave Papa John 5 stars but sometimes they do screw your pizza. The Pizza Hut in the area is a little bit better.

Took 2 hours before I called them. They said they called the wrong number and are unable to send emails. They cancelled the order without telling me.

My food is good but my pizza looks like it was cut by a child. It is literally the easiest thing to do and it has been butchered the last couple of times I've ordered pizza. Please show your employees how to properly cut a pizza.
