Around 1am today I was denied service because I did not place my order at the intercom; I explained to the young man with glasses and the young lady with dreadlocks that I could not hear them through the speaker and that the sign on the intercom said if you can not hear pull to the window for assistance.

Once I pulled to the window, they ordered me to turn around and go back through to place the order. I insisted that they take the order there (because it does not make sense to turn around and go back through the line to attempt for a second time to place the order when I'm right in front of them) but instead they refused to take my order unless I followed their instructions. 

I went back through, and there was no response. I pulled back up to the window and the same thing happened....THEY REFUSED MY ORDER.

I really don't know what to think about this because I have never had this happen to me, in fact, I have never written a review until now. The service was the worst service I have ever received at any fast food/restaurant establishment; they should have just said that they were uninterested in giving me service and they did not want my money because that sums up what happened tonight.

I have had nothing but great service from a great staff. They are always so upbeat! They can be a little pushy about charity collection (stop asking after the first no) but no big deal.

Boycott this taco bell until they get it together.  I spent 40 something on tacos for dinner tonight and Im still looking for the meat.  If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered or went next door to shoppers and bought a bag for $2.33.  So  disappointed 😞, you have been warned.  Dont waste your money.

A nice thus far food is always hot when I eat here the  only down fall is they give me a straw when I order something to drink.

I'm giving them a 2 because they smash my food everytime. You don't put a Mexican pizza on bottom then everything on top of it.
