Don't order here! Truly terrible customer service due to short staffing. I feel bad for the employees but the franchise owner has to do better. We ordered a delivery pizza using the Papa Johns app with a 1 hour estimated delivery. After 1hr and 15 minutes I checked the Papa Johns delivery tracker which said the order was completed. I was confused by this since we didn't have pizza yet. I have been on hold with the store for 15 minutes trying to get through to ask about our order status and just found out the pizza that we ordered 1.5 hours ago with 1 hr estimated delivery time just came out of the oven so it probably will be 1 HOUR LATER THAN ESTIMATED DELIVERY. Seriously, order anywhere else.

This location needs the entire staff flipped. Not a single ounce of tact or urgency to be found here. I walked in to an employee leaning on the counter from the customer side with his pants under his ass showing is underwear while he was scratching his ass and then continued behind the counter. Needless to say I kept a close eye on him. He seemed to be a delivery driver.

Called the order in at 8:51pm, order submission was completed at 8:56pm, at 10pm still no pizza after being told it would take 20-25 minutes before ready to pickup. 

When I arrived they tell me it wasn't out of the oven yet.  The customer service here blows. When I finally got my pizza all of the toppings were in the center of the pizza.

I am never revisiting.

Ordered my pizza around 8 pm. At 11 I called to ask about my order and the driver told me the pizza was just getting out the oven and that he was on his way. It is now 12:30 am and I still have no pizza. Second time this has happened I would not and will not order from here again. I live around the corner there is no reason I should be waiting 3-4 hours for a damn pizza.

Terrible customer service, even the pizza is hit or miss. Counter staff doesn't acknowledge my presence, delivery is slow and the drivers often make me come out to the car, dont ring or knock or anything. One time I didnt have my phone on me and she just started beeping the horn.  I live really close, but I think this spot is out of chances.
