As I sit here, waiting for my order, I see an Uber courier try to pick up. No bag no order is the mantra here. Being previously screwed over by an Uber courier I no longer use them. Now that's an owner who the best experience for his customers. A hot pie is always best.Food: 5/5

I noticed that most of the negative reviews about this place are from food couriers. I could be wrong but from what I’ve read, It seemed like the food couriers were arriving without the proper equipment and management was refusing to provide the order. Which honestly makes sense to me. I wouldn’t want to get cold pizza.  Anyway I ordered by phone for pick up and I got the garlic parmesan crust promo. The pizza was done exactly how I asked for. Light cheese, square cut. It hit the spot and was very delicious. I live very close to this location, so I will definitely be coming back.

Hey guys I've had Papa John's pizza before and it was great quality and very clean , so I went today for a pizza in this exact location coming from work and I found a hair on my pizza and they don't use gloves like they used to before the person gave me a new pizza but thts not the point what happened to quality and hygiene of the food. It was not the guys fault for sure because his hair was covered probably the one who made the fought it came from the middle of the dough. Please use  vest and wear hair nets or some thing. I lost my appetite even he gave me a new pizza. I'm sorry to give a bad review I'm really sorry.

The people serving me here were nice. And at this point in society, and at this point in my life, that’s all I can ask for.Food: 5/5

Food was okay but server was so rude.. the was he is talking to customer wasn’t polite and he was a cashier at that moment.. if I had a chance to give -1 I would’ve give it to him  I hope owner can talk to them to improve their sales and customer service skills.  It was on 23/03/2024 Around : 6 pm

this papa johns is usually pretty good but today my pizza took over an hour to come. i checked the app for updates and it said the ETA would be at 1:25-135 it’s now a little more than 30 after and the pizzas all soggy and the cheese is all thick and clumped together. when i called the restaurant they couldn’t seem to give me a solution or proper explanation other than “he’ll be there”. honestly not the greatest experience

For chain pizza it's good bang for your buck and way better than the others.  I don't know what all the other reviewers are raging about, seems like angry food couriers.  Never had a problem here.Food: 5/5

I saw the employee pick his nose with his bare hands whilst talking to the owner. And then, he put those same fingers on the pizza and sprinkled the topping with his bare hands no gloves.  I almost threw up in my mouth and ran out the store in disgust. Please avoid this Papa John’s location at all cost.  FYI, I’m not food delivery courier, I’m just a concerned citizen who’s looking to ensure other people don’t eat this food.

I saw a rat in the kitchen of this restaurant. Please do not visit this location. This infrastructure is known to have cockroaches and rats infestation. The food is unhygienic. Do not buy from this location.  P.s. Before I am accused of being a courier by the Papa John’s’ Owner, I would like to make it clear, I’m not affiliated with any food delivery services, I’m simply a customer pointing out the unhygienic rat and cockroach infested food and space.
