This is our go to pizza place. We always get the big Shaq or NY pizzas they are great good crust.Food: 5/5
Surprised at some of the reviews. I'm a trucker and I door dashed some wings and a medium pizza while waiting to get loaded. It was exactly how I ordered all sauces included. It came in half the time estimated, hot, fresh and tasted good. I called another local pizzeria 1st and they said they don't deliver to truckers. Too bad some of us actually show appreciation for convience and good service.

I ordered online and specified no cut. They still cut the pizza. We waited another 15-20 minutes for them to remake it and they cut it again! I don't know why they can't do their job. I love Papa John's Pizza but won't come back to this one.
Order on line. Place the order at 6:00 pm. Got there at 6:45 my order was not there. I paid cash and the guy that help me said couldn't find my order. Another guy came out and said that the order is in the oven. Waited another 25 minutes. Everybody else walked in and out and got my order except for me. This guy looks like manager said another 6 minutes gave me back my money then when I asked why my order was not ready I was told another delivery driver made a mistake and took my pizza which was a lie. I walked out without picking up my pizza and went somewhere else. They called me back after 15 minutes I didn't answer. Very very poor service. Will not order again. Too bad it's close to my house.
We ordered a pizza online and when it showed the pizza is ready in the Papa John app my husband went in to pick up the pizza and only to his surprise to find that the pizza was not even in the oven but marked as ready to pick up. All the employees in the store started to lie that the pizza was coming in 2 mins in the meantime they where baking pizzas which where ordered through delivery service. My husband waited nearly 40 mins and returned without pizza.
Good pizza, bad CS. Forgot items multiple visits and said order was ready but missed several items so they had to place it when I got to the store. I wouldn't mind if they were at least a little apologetic but they really didn't seem to care
Worst customer service ever !!!!!!!! I placed an order through grub hub tonight. On the app they have 2 different selections for Hawaiian pizza ... 1 BBQ Hawaiian 2 Regular Hawaiian, no mention of bbq anywhere. I ordered the regular Hawaiian and to my surprise received the BBQ. I proceeded to call the restaurant to work out a solution, the unprofessional inbred because I can’t call her a young lady that helped me out and claimed to be the manager was so rude and unprofessional. Told me that it’s not her fault grub hub is wrong, and she doesn’t control that. When I requested my order be replaced she then told me I had to pay for it after they messed up my order ... notably I was upset, it was 10pm at night and instead of her taking some ownership of the situation, this poor excuse of a customer service rep continued to show why she shouldn’t be employed. She even started using questionable language and when I requested a name said it was “papa john”. I will never and I repeat never patronize this place again. These people need a training in customer service and problem solving. They are trash employees... start over !
For the first time tried it. Wings are amazing and so is the pizza! Great service.
