I'm biased because I trained at this location to become a manager, but for as busy as this location is they stay on top of things. Their deliveries are fast and on time, there take out is at the time that they quote you and the quality is exactly where it should be for a Papa John's. The general manager is wonderful and has been with the company for many many years and does everything right. Everyone is super friendly and it's in a convenient location. Love this store!  Vegetarian options: They do have many vegetarian options you can get any pizza without meat on it.  Kid-friendliness: Can&#39;t get more kid friendly than pizza LOL  Dietary restrictions: They have got a gluten-free pizza that is tasty and available for those who have gluten sensitivities. You can get any pizza without dairy products or any other allergen. Just ask for a paper menu and it has a list of every possible known allergen included in every pizza and topping.

Ordered 8 pizzas for my son’s birthday party. Order was for delivery @ 5:45. I called this order in around 4pm.  At 6:20, I called to find out where my order was as I had 25 eight years olds ready to eat. I could not get in touch with a live human after several tries. I had to leave my son’s party and drive to the location to figure out if my order was being made. When I arrived 6:35….50 minutes late I learned that my order was finally being delivered. Being very frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager. When I told him my reason for being upset, he basically said “you’re order is now being delivered…why are you upset?”. Terrible service….terrible response from a manager…terrible experience. I won’t be ordering Papa John’s again.

Changed the cheesestick recipe.  Extremely greasy and different tasting cheese.  I thought it may be a bad night the fist time but it has happened twice now.  Definitely a change for the worst

Quick service and great pizza. I came in during my lunch break and walked out in 8 minutes with a small pepperoni pizza, nothing can beat that.

They could really use some organization in the store but the pizzas were cooked to perfection!

This is a solid choice for a quick and easy vegan pizza option around town. I order online choosing no cheese, plenty of vegetables, and pro tip extra sauce. I ask for the pizza to be well done but it never seems to be done. The added sauce and loaded toppings is better when the hand tossed crust has crisp to it. Nonetheless, it works for me. Side note, the garlic dipping sauce is vegan.

Rock hard Stale crust. Went inside to show the employees. Man just laughed so I told him throw it away. I’ve worked here, so I know y’all can do better.

We ordered and arrived in about 30 minutes. We were told to wait another 40 minutes. After 40 minutes we were again told to wait 30 minutes. We cancelled the order

These guys do a good job. Not all locations give good service. There is a location closer but I choose this one for carryout because they do a better job. Weekends are busier than weekdays do be prepared to wait a bit longer for your order.Takeout: Yes

Been a loyal customer for as long as you have been in Brentwood.Have always been pleased, don’t know what happened tonight!!! Pizza tasted like it was made last week, cold, crust hard, crust thin, very dissatisfied.Never had one like this from you !!!!
