We came to this Wendy’s hoping for a quick late night snack at 9:10pm. The website said it closed at 11, but the door said 10pm. They locked the dining area & wouldn’t answer us in the drive thru. Stop lying Wendy’s

This place is a 3.9 during the day but by night they are definitely a 2-1 star. I ordered online and pulled up to drive threw with literally no one in line. “Hey my food might be more than warm.” Wrong as F. My food was barely lukewarm and the lady with the braids at the drive thru didn’t even want to put ice cream ima cup for me. I ordered a large and she gave me a small. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease

This place is never crowded, and I don't understand why.  They're always fast, good quality and staff is SO friendly!  Y'all help them stay open, folks.Food: 5/5

Horrendous service and lazy employees. They keep the dining room closed most of the day even though they are adequately staffed. And even with the doors locked, they let select people in to eat. They told me they were closed when there were at least 3 people eating in the dining room. And if you go to the drive thru, you're gonna be sitting there a while, even if you're the only person in line.

It was great, it was actually the fastest I had been in the drive through and accurately got my order and got back on the road. Thanks Wendy's team y'all rock

1st time at this location...we had the Baconator ...everything was right & it was good. Thanks Rash-

The service was fast and friendly. The parking lot was full but they were going through customers super fast. All of the food came out perfect. Great job overall.

Service was awful. Walked in at 4:40 on a Tuesday afternoon. No one was in line, 1 person was seated in the lobby. It took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Amya finally came to the counter and stared blankly at us does about a minute before asking what we wanted. No greeting, no how are you today, just what do you want. My husband ordered, our daughter ordered, a number 5 with no sauce. Amya says no cheese? She says yes cheese, no sauce, Amya sighs and acts annoyed. I ordered a number 6 plain, just the chicken and bread, and was about to say with a baked potato when Amya cut me off and says is that all? At that point I was done and just said yes. Very disappointing, I love Wendy's baked potatoes. So my husband waits by the counter for our food and 2 more customers walk in while the manager stood at the counter with a clipboard but didn't acknowledge them.  The restaurant was a mess. Tables sticky, trash on the floor, a stack of trays on the trash can. The carpet was gross, it felt like someone had spilled a soda awhile ago and it was never cleaned. My shoes stuck.  Where we live we don't have a Wendy's and it's a treat to have your food but this was not a treat at all. Next time I plan a fast food dinner, which is a luxury for us, I will spend 12 at McDonald's around the corner instead of 25 at this Wendy's! I'd generally give this type of an experience a 1 star but because the food was good I gave it 2 this time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was very good. They do need extra workers to keep tables and bathrooms cleaned. They were trying to clean but as soon as you get done eating someone is trying to sit down. Thank you for great service.

Terrible. Waited 10 minutes at the ordering panel/speaker. Finally said "hello?". The guy said "give me a second". Waited another 2 minutes and drove off! They also were not taking credit cards because "our credit card machine is broken". Do yourself a favor, go shop at their competitor on the south end of the same street!
