Wow I really like this pizza place. A friend told me about it almost two weeks ago and I have ordered it at least 3 times since then. There is just the right amount of cheese and toppings each time and it doesn't take them long to make your pizza. I love it!

My wife and I have been going to Papas Pizza almost every other day since a friend I introduced us to the pizza.  Each time never had an issues.  On Tuesday my wife order a half and half pizza her normal order.  When I got there to pick up the pizza they got the order wrong and promptly apologized and gave us a new pizza, very understandable.  When I got home with the pizza my wife noticed that they still got the order wrong.  I called to resolve the issue and the person who answered made me send a picture of the pizza and argued that my claim was not valid cause he watched the pizza being made.  Once I emailed the picture he noticed the error and offered a refund for the pizza.  It was upsetting that they would not take the word of a frequent customer and I had to prove my dissatisfaction.  This was one night but the way they handled my complaint makes it hard to return.

I love their pizza. This is one of my go to places for pizza. I luckily stumbled upon them one day walking my dog about 4 years ago and I've been ordering since.  They deliver pretty far too. I currently live near campus and they still deliver to my location.  The staff is friendly, the location is nice, and most importantly the pizza is amazing.

Amazing pizza.   More along the lines of hand tossed thin, not thick pan crust.  Pre-built menu is good.   Mobile app ordering can be slow, odds are if u show early it will be ready

My coworker ordered us food last night. The Pizza taste like cardboard. The pasta was dry and not good. We were hoping for some Alfredo sauce with the penne pasta when we ordered the CHICKEN ALFREDO. Mozzarella sticks were fine. But you can't really mess up frozen food.... it took 45 min to get our food from 2 miles away and when I called the man who answered was extremely rude. Over all, bad food, bad service... wouldn't come here.
