I was a little worried when seeing the negative comments here and on Yelp before heading there. As the New Year's Day a lot of nearby restaurants were closed and I was super hungry, I decided to go there and buy some fried goods. It turned out that my experience is satisfactory. The service was acceptable (except ignored me at the first 1 min). The "All-right" woman taking phones and orders was friendly. A little place offering a vast number of fast food. I believe they are very popular among the neighborhood as they received at least five calls to order during my 10 min of waiting. Seriously, they were rated as one of the most popular restaurants in Richmond in 2016! Fast food taste pretty much the same to me so there is no highlight to mention. Their "Crispy" chicken wings are good but do not recommend the BBQ flavor. The BBQ tastes sour and spicy, more like Buffalo sauce (I have a sneaking suspect that they prepared wrongly).

I was looking for a place to eat after a show at the national. The place itself is fairly dirty. There was a person who came in with a non-service dog which I am not sure is the most hygienic. The pizza was super greasy I could feel my arteries clogging and the impending heart attack. I may give the place another try, but I will definitely avoid the pizza next time. I'm adding a star for the decent cake options.

They always have then best tasting sandwiches around the metro Richmond area! I love the diversity. Owner Is a great person and kind heart

Horrible customer service- similar to Tanisha's review. Told the incompetent woman who answered the phone that i didn't want my sub on bread (allergic to flour) and to please put it in a bowl. She repeated my order and said "okay, great, be there in 30 mins". Cool. I got bread...not a huge deal. Called back, asked for a new order or a refund. The female manager vouched for a new order. Cool. I told them i had to leave because i was traveling around the city for work and that they could leave the new food so my manager would put it in the fridge. Not once did she say leave the old food. They arrive with a small togo bowl with almost half the meat and wrong veggies that was on the bread. My coworker informed them i left and they said "we need the old food". Im sorry but if the order is wrong, and i physically can't touch or fix it then I'm trashing it. So i told them don't worry about the refund. I got hung up on BY THE MANAGER lol I was never given an apology or any kind of customer service from these bottom shelf people. Guess I'll have to find a new philly spot in the RVA...one with a person that knows how to take a phone call.

I ordered a pizza and cheese bread for delivery through Eatstreet. It was almost closing time but I was able to order still. I must say the cheese bread was good but the pizza was just awful! It tasted old like it was sitting for a while but it was not good.
