I give this fine establishment a four and a half star rating. The food was wonderfully delicious and the service was amazing. The staff interacted with us as we were friends and welcomed us very warmly. The reason i took off half a star was because of the extensive wait. I understand that it is Easter and that many people were dining today, and that is why i only took of half of a star. Overall, this is a great place and i recommend it strongly.
We sat outside on the patio for brunch and the music and atmospher was perfect. The food is amazing, as is the staff. I ordered the duck confit and crab and brie soup. I'll have to save room for dessert for next time. We will be back.Food: 5/5
Absolutely fantastic experience all around! The atmosphere was modern and beautiful. The cocktails were elite. I had a French 75 and my husband had the house Pinot Noir. Our appetizer, Ratatouille Tartine, was delicious! My husband had the Veal Rosa and the veal was so tender, just freakin tasty. I had the Mussels et Linguine and it was out the park. The mussels were so fresh and clean tasting. Couldn't have had a better supper. We will be back
We are Italian restaurant connoisseurs and this was our first time dining at Papillon’s! We were blown away!!! We had the Lobster Ravioli and the Lasagna and both were phenomenal! The House Cabernet is wonderful, priced right and pairs perfectly with the Lasagna! The ambiance is intimate and sophisticated. The service is wonderful and Papillon himself came to introduce himself to us! For dessert, we had the Caramel Apple Cheesecake which is DIVINE!!! We are Cheesecake connoisseurs as well. Needless to say, we will 100% be back and soon!
This will be a strange review but I felt it was worth a post concerning this restaurant. I called at the very last minute for a party of 12-15 and the manager may have been the owner took the time to listen, offer options, even offering to meet me early in the morning to see if they could accommodate us. That was beyond service!!!!. I have never been to the restaurant, never had any of the food... but the kindness and will to go beyond the call of duty was remarkable and spoke volumes about this establishment. So even if things do not work out, I can assure you I will be going soon. This restaurant has something that needs to be shared... service that demonstrates the best of community. Thanks Papillons for being a business that want more than a customer!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
My family and I attended brunch and it was divine. Food was Amazing and service was wonderful. The manager made me a special birthday cocktail that was absolutely delicious. I would recommend it to anyone! Parking: Easy parking Dietary restrictions: Veggie omelette was great

Always a lovely time with authentic Italian and Sicilian cuisine. The only downside is the food takes a little while to come out of the kitchen but an acceptable trade off as everything is completely made to order and of the highest quality around. Gio is always welcoming and a gracious host. Do yourself a favor and check them out... grab a bottle of wine, sit with friends, talk, and enjoy life while waiting for the best Italian on the Northshore.
We had dinner for our first anniversary and we had nothing but a great experience. Our waitress was fantastic and the owners were so so nice, always checking in to make sure we were happy. The food tasted exactly like what we remembered when Chef Gio was there, if not better. We agreed to making Papillon's our go to dinner for our anniversary from here on out, and will definitely be back before then. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!!!
