Came in last Sunday as a group of 4. We knew it was going to be busy on a Sunday. Our server Chris was excellent! Gave us 25% off for the long wait for our food! That is unheard of these days. YOU rock Chris! Food and service was awesome! See you again soon.

I have been here in the past and things have been fairly decent. It gets a little too busy for me. This morning we came in at 7:30 for breakfast, and it was nice and quiet. It was not busy at all.  We waited at the counter for 15 minutes. No one came out to help us. It wasn’t until we had enough waiting and decided to leave that we saw a server come out with a tray. Was not impressed. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else this morning.

We were at another breakfast place and there was a long wait so we called and found out there was just a 15 minute wait. We had our name added to the wait list (they were nice enough to do it, but I have a feeling that's not the usual expectations).

When we got there we were able to be seated right away. Our server was pleasant and on point the whole time. The food was what you'd expect at a Perkins. There was nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about. I scored a Veteran's Day meal for free (magnificent 7), but I knew that wasn't going to fill me so I also had the Eggs Benedict as well (I definitely had leftovers). 

I'm rating it 5 stars based on other Perkins. It met or exceeded all expectations. Service was 5 stars, food was 4 stars, and environment was clean and comfy so 5 stars.

Food is pretty good. Service either really sucks (especially the management) or it's ok, at best. Been to other Perkins restaurants, and things are usually much better. With the new remodel at the Fergus Falls location, it seems cleaner.

They can be short of staff most of the time, especially at night, but from what I've experienced they do their best to serve their customers needs. 
Food is good, and I prefer it over Denny's any day, especially since they won't argue with you over the amount of eggs you want to order.
Location is convenient.
