This is by far my favorite theatre in Rochester.  The service is normal, which is not a bad thing. I personally have never had bad service from any movie theatre I've ever been to.  The process are normal considering they only go up, especially when it comes to popcorn. However, where this theatre excels is in the amount of money they spent in making sure the seats are comfortable. This to me makes sense. If I'm going to spend the next two hours during in my butt, please have comfortable seats. It feels as though I'm in the comfort of my item home. The seats are recliners and super lush.  You don't feel like you need to fight over the arm rest when the arm rest is practically the size of a normal sized chair.  Again, by far the best place to see a movie and you'll rarely see me in any other theatre in town.

Like most movie theaters the prices have risen over time but this is a theater that is worth the price rise. They always have the newest movies and the reclining seats make movie viewing feeling more like home than being at a theater. I also enjoy that you get to butter your own popcorn so you never end up with too little. The prices are also a little lower if you go earlier in the day which is a bonus.

Wonderful theater! Seats are insanely comfortable and recline! Popcorn is expensive but it is expensive everywhere.   Being able to get mixed drinks and or beers before during or after the movie is a great bonus as well!   Staff is always kind and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean as well. Always a nice time with my wife when we go!

Recliner seats are awesome!!! Reserved seating sucks for a spontaneous movie visit. Restrooms were old and crusty. The entire facility felt dusty for some reason. But those recliners...saved a star.

This was the best theater in Rochester however it's really gone downhill lately.  My biggest gripe is the actual physical condition of the movie theater.  It used to be really nice, however one is greeted by out of order signs everywhere and holes in drywall?  Recliners are still nice, but for the price you pay they might want to invest in a handy man or something.
