Cons: Dude at the front desk is so insensitive and rude! Its def cheap and the cops are there 2 or 3 times a week. You get what u pay for. And u have to pay for all the extras: gym & dock access, even the  WiFi password...its all extra!
Pros: Good view of the lake on the back side. Washer/dryer on site. And large rooms, even though its only got a mini fridge and a microwave.

I was at my wits end trying to find somewhere to stay long term (2 months or longer) that was an affordable option. Paramount has an amazing monthly discount price, and they have 24 hour security and video surveillance. It's quiet and safe and I'm so happy I found them!

mores days iam out this dump n my lawyer can start my lawsuit process...this is a racist place for anyone who isnt white... I was a target for a month outta the 2mnths i was here.. I received falsified fines from the ginger manger...im coming for his job,i filed against this man personally....i paid for a month n he throwing me n my 7yr old out thinking we have no where to go lol joke on him... I found a place and a great lawyer... Im make it my mission to see him gone so he doesnt do this to anymore black familys...  He prays on the weak n weak iam not... Stay tune cause im not done yet..

Security takes there job way to seriously. Like they are Marines scouting for enemies. Shining flashlights into your room windows.

Great Value. Nice view in back. No WiFi and no pool. Room was nice and clean. No amenities, but good staff and security.
