Everything was nice and clean. Orderly, friendly staff and very accommodating. They took care of those in need of new rooms when the storm hit the front of the hotel and water entered their rooms and did it in a very professional manner. Service was very good. Housekeeping was very good and front desk staff were excellent.

I checked in at 1 in the afternoon. Housekeeping was not done cleaning the rooms yet. I had to wait till after 3 to get my room. Get my room it smells of strong cleaning Solutions. There's no air fresheners. There's no fan do get rid of the smell except the air conditioner and it's not clean out the smell very well. When somebody checks into a room. They should have house cleaning go to that room immediately and clean it so that people can check in. Sitting here waiting over 2 hours to get a room is beyond ridiculous. I wanted to motel close to my daughter's house here in Lakeland Florida I just about went someplace else really not happy with the service here. Although that management up front when I dig complain about it they did say they were sorry but that did not change the fact that they did not give somebody into that room to clean it up when they already rented it to me for 2 hours

We stopped through during our evacuation from Irma. The staff were incredibly kind, and let us check in a few hours early, which was amazing since we'd been on the road since 4 AM. We had to check out a few days early, and they refunded me with no hesitation. Kindest hotel staff ever. Thank you so much. It meant the world to us.

I came in very late and the front desk guy was very friendly and efficient. I was exhausted and did not want to waste anytime getting to rest and he made it possible quickly. The room was clean, sheets were clean and the mattress good. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels , shampoo, conditioner , soap.  It was just what I needed! Thanks

I wish there was an option for 0 STARS! First, when I came to check in there was some trashy white lady holding a full conversation with an "employee" about things inappropriate for the front desk (breakroom talk..who's screwing who etc.)..Next, this hotel was uterly disgusting. When I walked into the room I immediately started to inspect the cleanliness (with cleaning supplies in hand..its a habit anytime I stay away from home) There were bugs on the towels. The tub was dirty. Bathroom sink/counter not properly cleaned. Toilet seat almost unattached. Mirrors dirty and the list could go on. Don't even get me started on Customer Service. In the 0.02 seconds I considered staying there I called and requested fresh linen and towels. The woman down stairs had the audacity to ask me to come get them! So....let me get this straight....I just left the office from getting the room keys now you want me to walk back for towels that SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAN TO BEGIN WITH!?!!?  Needless to say...I dd NOT stay there and I would never recommend it for anyone else NOT EVEN my worst enemy.
