The happy hour specials are worth going for, but the food wasn't anything to write home about. If it wasn't on a special I would have been annoyed. Great atmosphere though and a good place to grab drinks with a friend or coworker.

My Hubby and I finally got out for a date night for the first time in months (we have a toddler) and as such, we had high expectations for our one special night together. I am happy to say, Paramount did not disappoint! The atmosphere and decor in the restaurant were fabulous, as were the food, drinks and the service! I have worked in fine dining for many years, so sometimes I can be a bit over-critical, since I know they way things SHOULD be, but I must say, I was VERY impressed. I also must tout that they have great deals for those who dine on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday! We were able to dine like kings for half the price, which made us even happier, as we were unaware of their prix fixe menu when we made our reservations. My only critique would be that there was no hostess to greet us when we arrived, so it took a minute or two to get seated. Perhaps they were just short-staffed that day? I know that feeling all too well, so I can sympathize! Over-all an awesome dining experience!

Had a fantastic brunch on Sunday, 9/10. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the special potatoes were out of this world. There is a Bloody Mary bar as well as an appetizer bar. The service was wonderful. and all the staff were extremely pleasant. This is by far, one of the best Sunday brunches on the main line. Will definitely return.

Cocktails were watery and did not have enough liquor and were overpriced as well...$16.00 for a Manhattan and $12.00 for a Cosmo. Salad was served without any noticeable dressing. Per glass charge for average wine was excessive. Primary server was slow and not well organized...failed to bring bread and butter with the meal and failed to bring cream with the coffee. When she eventually brought the bread (after being asked twice), she did not bring any butter. Primary server did not add anything to the pleasantry ...of the meal Entries (scallops and duck breast) were excellent though. The manager recognized the problems and tried to make up for it by providing free deserts....so the manager was OK. Ambiance of the main dining room is lacking. Rating the overall experience in light of the cost, it would be aversge to subpar...not likely to return. D. White

Our office holiday party is hosted here. Everyone looks forward to attending. The food and drinks are top notch, and we all enjoy the special treat that is the Paramour.
