Worst dentist ever, I do not wish to call him a doctor because I don't think he is one. The clinic is very shabby and dirty. He is always trying to scam people into purchasing additional un required treatment. He knew I have insurance so he tried to fraud my insurance company into saying that he provided me more treatment than he actually did. I am glad I caught that on my insurance paperwork and I contacted them immediately I told them that he never performed the mentioned treatment. He told me that it does not matter and he would do it for free for me if incase I ever need it!! I was shocked...I said "what if I don't want to get it done by you?" At this point I will never be seeing him again. I would recommend all others to STAY AWAY

I had a nice experience.  Not just once but on several occasions. Not sure why the other reviews are poor ? Nice people, good,quick service.  What more can you ask for . Oh and very reasonable if you are w/out insurance.

Mr. Karbassi also appears to be a slick slum lord. In one year of ownership he has devastated our living environment. I suggest you do no kind of business with him.

Dear Mr. Parham,

You might not have noticed but I've been a patient of yours for the past year and I'm happy to say I will no longer be visiting your office. To quote a basketball player, "I have decided to take my talent to Miami". I have been unhappy with your services from day one but proximity got the best of me. In order to prepare for the 2012 apocalypse I have decided to give my teeth the priority they deserve. I would recommend you and your staff work on customer service. Interacting and knowing your patients would help your business a lot. Cut back on that flashy gold and button up your shirt. Your chest hair is impressive but not appropriate for the office. The following are other weak points,  

-No explanation of treatment
-No measurement of gum pockets
-Mr Parham has never actually worked on me, he enters the room for a  quick hello-bye.
-Outdated waiting room. 

I do not recommend this facility.
