Dont even go there the lady is rude i mean rude  i have a van she did not had space for a van all she had to say was i dont have space for it but she came out yelling YOU BETTER GO BACK WITH THAT THING lol.!

I parked in this garage Sunday night Feb 8th for the Auto Show, since the sign said "OPEN LATE FOR AUTO SHOW." Assuming that meant unless otherwise stated it would stay open until the show was close which was 8pm, I parked in there. To my surprise, it closed at 7pm and the gates were locked. Not being the only one who parked in there and returned after 7pm I was very upset because that sign was not clear and there was nothing or no one there letting us know the actual closing time. Watch for improper signs at Park America, Inc. garages!!!

DO NOT park at Park America in Philadelphia!!!

I had a similar poor experience with this company at their 21st Chestnut/Sansom garage. I went to see a show at the First Unitarian Church and I was told by the attendant that the garage would be open until midnight.

I was back by 11:45 and it was locked up tight!  Dark!  Nothing! Being from out of town, they effectively STRANDED ME and have taken zero steps towards compensating me for my inconveniences.  STAY AWAY from Park America garages!!!
