Staff is a mix, sometimes they are hostile, sometimes they are really nice. I pay the student price of 125 a month, which is a lot for such an unsafe lot that sometimes has problems with its keycards, but I've never had anyone tamper with my car. They do make you find somewhere else to park for like 4 or 5 days in September for Drexel's move in.

Parking spaces are REAL TIGHT. Need to get a spot in the middle of nowhere or on the end of the row. Monthly parking is 270/month so clean in up aisle 4 please.

Excellent Parking location and rates. Terrible customer service. The staff is nice but incompetent and the polices set in place are terrible and lack common sense.
