I could have done with all of the ticket machines working last time I was there, but other than that, it was fine. Very close to the Penn Museum.

It's alright for a parking garage in Philly. You don't have to be going to the museum to use the garage, and there's usually ample parking; however, it's still $22 a day to park so that's a killer, even if it is a standard rate in Philly it's hard to be ok with that price.

Recommend it to you if you are planning to visit Penn museum or Franklin Field.
