We have stayed at Park Inn several times and it's always a pleasant stay. We were there most recently for their New Year's Eve package. In addition to our room, we had a buffet dinner, the party with 13 Stories band playing, a midnight pork and sauerkraut buffet and a breakfast buffet. The room was comfy, the band sounded great and the food was tasty. The staff are always pleasant and professional. We will go back again.

Beautiful hotel! Amazing restaurant and bar, nice pool, cool game area. Wonderful, and extremely comfortable stay. If I'm ever in the area I will definitely come back.

Stayed here and accidentally left something in my room. They wanted to charge me $50 to ship it to me. The excuse I got was "we can only used FedEx air. Even though FedEx comes there to pick up the package they cannot do FedEx ground which would only be $8.50. I find this policy to be horrible customer service. Do you want to stay somewhere that will try to rob you and make it impossible for you to get your stuff back in the unlikely event that you leave something behind? NOT ME. NEVER AGAIN. Sounds like a scam to me so that the people at the hotel get to keep your stuff when you refuse to their ransom!

The location is great for visiting the area. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the service was wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay while in the area.

Nice place. Price is reasonable. Don't eat there though. Food is fine but the prices are through the roof
