I've parked here about 10 times. The shuttle always follows your car when you arrive to park. Make it to the airport quickly as I'm usually the only passenger. Not a lot of waiting around to pick up others. Shuttle is usually there or less than a 5 min wait when I arrive back at the airport.  About all I can ask for. 

I first came here because Google told me it was the cheapest with a coupon. That may not be true anymore, but I don't mind I'm a happy customer.

Had been parking here for years and had always been satisfied until the last attempt to park here. They wanted to valet park my car and to leave my keys with them. No way!!! Don't all lots warn us to lock our vehicles and that belongings inside are not their responsibility??!! And now this lot wants my keys in case they want to move my car? Not a chance! I went down the road instead. At least I felt more secure. Now that I've informed family and friends they also won't be parking here anymore either.

We used their service for the first time and it was great. Drivers are very helpful. Shuttle services are available every 5-10 minutes. Drivers even helped us in cleaning the snow. Rates are reasonable. We will definitely go there again.

The bus followed me out to my car picked myself and a few others up before heading to the airport and dropping us off at our respective areas. When I flew back in there was a shuttle bus waiting to take me back to my car. My car was safe, I felt safe even arriving at 1am. I found the cost worth the experience. I did not make a reservation, but was accommodated nicely. All drivers and employees I spoke to were very nice and helpful.

A huge THANK YOU to my shuttle driver, Alfonz! He was a complete life saver! I was completely snowed in when I got to my car at 1am this morning. So much so that I couldn’t even open my car doors. He immediately went and got a broom and a shovel to help me. In the process of clearing my car off, both of my windshield wiper blades fell off. Thankfully he was able to put them back on. Then after shoveling around my car four times, he ultimately had to push my car out of the parking spot because I was so stuck. I have no idea what I would have done with out his help! I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take the extra money so I left $20 for him with the cashier. I’ve parked at this lot for over 20 years and I’ve always had a great experience, but tonight Alfonz went way above and beyond! That guy definitely deserves a raise!
