Poor customer service

I just saw the review below about being careful and I had a very similar experience.  A shirt I brought in had a rip in the elbow when i picked it up.  The person at the cleaner could not speak english very well and refused to do anything. While I realize, the rip could have been there when i brought it in; it is also just a likely it was not, and they were not willing to do anything for me.  There are many, many dry cleaners around. I suggest using another one.
