THE FACTS
PRICE GAUGING: The owners charged me $50.oo to enlarge the existing loop in the back of the shoe so my finger could fit in.  I showed them the catalog; a brand-new pair of shoes cost $29.95.

BREACH OF AGREEMENT:  After an initial visit to Allstar Cleanser and consultation with the owners, I brought to the shop 7 sofa cushions, fabric and the piping that the owners instructed me to purchase for the 7 cushion-cases. They took in the materials and quoted a price of $35 per cushion-case, which I accepted.   A few days later the owner called and instructed me to come and pick up the cushions since the “job is too complicated” . I then had to lug the 7 cushions in the rain to another shop, who had to work under a tight deadline.

CONCLUSION: UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL,  DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND COULD NOT BE TRUSTED

Absolutely disagree with the previous post. Reliable. Fast. Efficient. My Grandfather has been coming here for over 15 years (Peter Rupan); he finally referred me & I have had nothing less than great service all around.
