I just received 3 dry cleaned jackets and one laundered dress shirt from J&C One hour cleaners. I'll start with the laundered shirt. The shirt is pressed but it is obvious that it was done carelessly. The cuffs and front of the shirt has several creases from the press and appears to have been a rush job. The jackets do not appear to even be dry cleaned. The same stains appear on all the jackets. They appears partially ironed. One of the jackets was new but wrinkled and it still has many of the same wrinkles from when I brought it in. I'll be returning this shortly for them to fix the work. Lets see how they handle it. I will provide an update. One thing to note as well is that I told them there was no rush and I could pick them up whenever. They told me 5 days and this was the result. I cant imagine the one hour service.
