This is totally Fraud management apartment Company. No matter how much clean you leave your apartment, still They will charge full amount and including whatever they can without any proof. My lease was ending on 15th and THEY offer me to vacate on 12th but PRC management still charged me full. Veronica calculated remaining amount based on this but in final settlement they charged me for additional 3 days. (first you offering and later you are charging...)That doesn't make sense. They are not afraid of making fool and taking money in whatever way they want ...no matter what! apart from this community is not safe, any one can come from any side, there is no security camera.

This place is obismal. Administration, management and maintenance. Everything is sub-par in comparison to your rent. If you like random tweakers, homeless and roaches with frequent power outages and horrible water pressure then this definitely the place for you. If you have pets, please be aware that they will be infested with fleas via the dog parks, guaranteed!!!!

I mean seriously im trying to give you money and you cant help me pay my rent online. Not even an address or anything. The other staffers are nice but don't expect any serious help from them. Would have better luck asking random tenants and making friends.
