Called Parker Heating and Air after discovering that the company that installed our AC 3 years ago was a 2 week wait for an appointment.  Dan came out the same evening that I called and assessed our issue and gave us some options for moving forward.  He was very honest and knowledgeable.  The next day Dan contacted me with another possible fix, and came out to try it and it worked!  Saved us having to do a full replacement of our compressor.  Will definitely be using them again, and asking for Dan.

I had to have my hot water heater replaces a few weeks ago and had them come out. They were honest, upfront and all more than willing to explain the work that needed to be done. They were in and out in two hours and even fixed a broken sink we had upstairs! They are the true definition of going above and beyond. Thanks John and crew!

I’ve heard that the average home owner typically purchases only two furnace and AC systems over their lifetime.  Rick from Parker Heating and Air was an excellent guide in our first purchase.  He patiently listened to our needs, questions and budget and pointed us in a direction that made sense for our situation.  You will not be sorry if you choose to do business with Parker Heating and Air.

I am not one to write reviews very often unless I feel someone or some business has done an incredible job. Our 15 year old furnace went out last night and our house quickly turned into an ice box. I was worried with the age of our furnace that we were looking at a full replacement for sure. However, I called Parker Heating and Air and was told they had someone in the area finishing up another job and could get them here very soon. Cory arrived within an hour or so of that initial call. I told him that I was out of work and could not afford a new system but wanted a diagnosis. He told me not to worry that it was not a full replacement just yet and to let him take a look. He found that the heating element had cracked and just needed replaced. He quoted me a fair price but given that I was out of work he even helped me on the price overall. If I have ANY heating or cooling issues in the future I can guarantee you that I will be calling Parker Heating and Air Inc.

Called them this morning at  8:04 this morning and had someone there in 45 minutes. I know this is not the norm but it made me very happy. Quickly diagnosed the issue and since it was so easy only charged the trip charge to come out. Thanks Dan for taking care of my family.
