Today I was at a gas station when I heard a man from this company screaming at an employee while he sat in his truck with the windows rolled down.  He was using extremely foul language at a volume unsuitable for the kids nearby.  I work in the construction industry and if someone did that in one of our company vehicles, they would most likely get terminated.  It is extremely unprofessional.

A friend who worked at Bell recommended these guys years ago.  They have done various service to keep my water heater running until this year when the death rattles were undeniable.  it's 11 years old and we have incredibly hard water in Arapahoe County.  Ace was my third call, should have been my 1st.  I wasted a day with Home Depot, great price except they later said the contractors couldn't do the installation.  Same story with Lowe's except I wasted two day and then had to fight for a refund (instead of store credit).  The price I paid was the price Mike quoted me.  He showed up with some fancy contraption that lifted the unit up the flight of stairs to my condo.  After burning so many days from work my dad stayed for the installation.  He rather handy so when he called mid day and said this install was no joke, PVC and copper pipes had to be cut for the new heater to fit, I knew a real plumber was needed not those hourly guys from the big box stores. The unit works great and is super quiet.  You won't regret calling these guys
