Charged a Realtor to inspect and repair an a/c unit on the house I bought....funny thing, the a/c didn't work when I moved in 5 days after they supposedly inspected it according to the bill they gave to the Realtor.  We hired an honest company that came out, said there was no way anyone ever even opened the unit up let alone inspected it, because it wasn't working and would have been kinda obvious if it was actually inspected...and the furnace they also billed for an inspection and cleaning of had also never been touched...HINT- dust moves when you actually open a door AND filters aren't caked with dust in under 5 days in summer heat and no use of the furnace..and the word "DIRTY" that MY realtor wrote into the dust on the furnace cover during our showing a month ago was still there...funny how that works, huh?

This company rocks. Installed a new furnace and a hot water tank in 2016.  Called this past month for a free checkup. On time.  Professional. Courteous and best price of anyone.  Have recommended them and would use them again.

Called and asked if they sell and install window air conditioners.  They said they did.  Sent out a guy for an estimate and he said they didn't sell them but would install one if I bought it.  So I bought one and made an appointment to get it installed.  No problem until the day of the installation they called and said they didn't install window air conditioners.  Seems pretty shady and unreliable to me. Everything they told me turned out to be lies. Caveat emptor.

Terrible company with terrible values. The person they sent was inexperienced and broke our hot water then refused to fix it. They absolutely refused to leave the house in the condition that they found it. Poor judgment and poor business values. So sad to see a long standing company use such awful customer service traits. Do yourself a favor and do not use!!

Terrible experience. The first plumber took over an hour and it still leaked. The second guy two days later stopped the leak, but left with the water turned off. He came back while  we weren't there, and called when he was leaving to tell me he left vise grips on the outdoor below-ground valve so I could turn it back on myself. And they charged me $225, saying the cartridge assembly was $100. I looked on Amazon and a factory part is $27.71. We'll never use them again.

Update - they called me and said they will refund our $225. So I moved them up to 3 stars.
