Very helpful with tailoring. I bought a suit mid-afternoon and needed it the next day, and they were able to tailor it perfectly and have it ready for me the next morning right at opening for no extra cost! The prices are standard for tailoring. Can't speak to the cleaning service, as I've never used it. They are the most polite couple, and I can imagine these other people giving poor reviews for customer service must have done something pretty annoying to be yelled at in *Korean* (not Chinese).

Overpriced- tried to charge me $85 for a dress HEM- when down the street and got it done for $45- after I went and got it done elsewhere, tried  to share my experience with one of the owners that his wife was trying to overcharge me and he just dismissed my comment.  AVOID THIS CLEANER!

I've been going to Park's for years and never had any problems. Their pricing is competitive to every other dry cleaner in downtown DC. To get 7 dress shirts laundered was just under $11. Dry cleaning a 2-piece suit was about $12. And for the benefit of future commenters, I'm fairly certain the very nice couple that runs the place are Korean, not Chinese.

Excessively expensive. Please quote before leaving your items. Wash and fold in particular is way overpriced
