In my book, there is always a way to rekindle a business relationship. In DC, trustworthy dry cleaners are not only few and far between, but even fewer hold their relationship with their clients in high regard. Sterling happened to be caught in a terrible situation sparked from another cleaner's poor management and questionable behavior. Overnight, Sterling Cleaners received triple volume and was left with a harrowing adventure of cleaning and returning clothes amid the chaos. Nervous as my girlfriend and I were, Sterling management consistently stayed in touch with her and I on the progress with our clothes. Does your dry cleaner call you back when you ask them to? Happy to have landed in their business. The clothes were well pressed and fresh for work. Would recommend them to anyone!

Been using this place for years. Excellent service. My shirts always look brand new after they have been dry cleaned. The shoe repair shop person is also very good. I remember i got a few of my shoes repaired and polished. It wasent very expensive and it extended the life on my shoes.

They did a perfect dry cleaning job and delivered on time. Plus customer service was superb. I will definitely be back.
