The park has really improved since the last time I reviewed it. There is no problems here and no bad people. Park is pretty clean, it is just the leaves that are everywhere that make this park look dirty. There is also no where for kids to play. Since they can't use their wheels (bikes, scooters, skateboards) around the office. I also wish there was more smooth cement and if they would remodel the sign cuz, it ruins the look of the park. But other than that, it's great.

Nice park, friendly staff, monthly rentals only. Only complaint is no Wi-Fi or ability to get internet through local company, hot spot or satellite is only way.

 Gerald, Thank you for the kind words. We are working to get things done in a timely manner. Not near as fast as I want but faster than I thought we would. Thanks to our work camping couple we have here now the transition has been ALMOST smooth. For the long term guest, we strive to make Morgan Hill Parkway Lakes a place to relax, have some fun and enjoy. And for the day to day RV world we do all we can to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Till all is fixed and working right, we are only a 3 star joint--- Don and Sharon---- THE coffee is always on us
