My memory is not good enough to give you the exact year. Somewhere between 1990 and 95 I was working for Mike Monte. He had been caught by OSHA for safety violations to where his fines were in violation to the extent of over hundreds of thousands of dollars. And he had made arrangements to make a safety film to show how to set complete base safely. With at least amount of exposure to fall as well as at least amount of work needing to be done in the air. I have shared the story a million times because I was the one who did the majority of the work on the job so I know of what I speak so this is just another part of Cincinnati the Lewis Ceo help build

The only box of Big Kat candy bars has been torn open, they do not carry dvd or blu-ray movies, and their video game section has almost nothing and is hard to find. Otherwise, pretty good stuff on this visit for the most part.

Prices are different than other Sam's Club. Really nice, friendly people that work there. If you can't find something they will go and check the back to see if they have it.

Horrible Pickup Experience. I had ordered Starbucks Pike Place K-Cups for pickup from Sam's Club # 8132. I arrived at the club, checked-in to the self-checkin kiosk and met the Sam's associate. The lady (Sam's associate) handed me an open-box (broken seal) of the Starbucks Pike Place K-Cups box. K-cups in the box are packaged loose. Since, the box was open, anyone could've stolen few K-cups already. So, I told her that, "I see the seal is broken and the box is damaged. Can I get a new one?". She explains to me while putting her hand inside the box, and tries to convince me that no one can steal it. I clearly see that she put her hand inside the box and so it is super easy to grab one out; no one is that dumb. I said, "No, can you get me a new one". She replied, "I cannot get it. Go get it yourself". This so horrible! She's being rude, unapologetic and disrespectful. I am very disappointed by her behavior for selling me an open box, lying and being rude and disrespectful to me. I saw there was no point in arguing with her. So, I walked up to the aisle inside the cub and grabbed a new box myself. This also defies the whole point of club pickup service. I thought I should use this service to save some time and efforts after a long day of work. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied because of that lady and her behavior. I am not returning back to this store. Very disappointing.

It was not as nice as Loveland but the people were very nice in helping me learn. They need to set up a bigger self check out. I will have to shop there but never on Sunday.
