For Anyone having to deal with a court system this is the Best Courthouse with Some of the BEST Helpful Personalities I have come meet.. Honorable Judge Suzette Clover Is A Strict But Compassionate Hearted Judge Who Actually Gives a Damn and Will Try To Help You As Long As You Help Yourself and Show Her Youre Not Just Wasting Her Time Will Be More Than Excited To Give You All Her Time..   Meaning.. She Thinks about you and you case not just when you're  right In front of her.. She takes her time and converses with the DA and others in order to get the help you really do need..

I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and finally when I did a lady with an accent gave me the worlds worst attitude basically scolding me for not giving her my DL number fast enough. OH and they told me that my ticket wouldn't hit the system for 4 to 6 weeks, but I had to pay it within 30 days of getting the ticket and then they wouldn't even tell me how much my ticket was. how do I pay a ticket that within 30 days if it takes 6 weeks to process????? people are already mad they got a ticket, we don't need attitude and piss poor lazy workers when we call to inquire about a ticket we got

Dept. L's courtroom clerk, Gina Grider is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!  She made an error, clearly was not willing to accept it, and tried to be assertive and turn it around on me like I was acting out of control.  I would ask a question and then she wouldn't respond (dodging the question) and then I would repeat myself, more than once because she continued to deny my reason for calling and then told me to calm down.  I simply had to repeat myself multiple times and I am tired of court clerk's acting entitled.  Just because the Judge is sitting up on the bench and you have to whisper to take calls, then act professional and take a phone number and handle the person later.  This clerk rather chose to argue that she did not make an error.  Los Angeles is a large county but there is no excuse to treat people with inquiries like an ant.  Thanks for NOTHING.
