I decided to try out Pasadena Dental Group because it was one of the few locations that was covered by my insurance. Previously, I had gone to a different dentist where I ended up having to pay for x-rays. I asked them to release my records so I could forward the Pasadena Dental Group my x-rays. The quality of the x-rays from the previous dentist were not the best but PDG made due. In order to get a better read, they conducted their own x-rays (at no cost to me) which I think shows their professionalism and determination to provide quality dental care for their patients regardless of financial capacity. I was super pleased with their service from beginning to end. I booked an appointment one day in advance. Their location was easy to find. When I got to the office, it was very clean and organized. The receptionist was ready for me even though I had arrived early. She was super welcoming and clearly understood my insurance. As the dentist was working on my teeth he shared his knowledge with me by describing the condition of my teeth and recommending how to care for them in the short- and long-term. This was my first time going to the dentist in about 4 or 5 years and I could not be more pleased with their service.
