I spent $1875 on a bedroom set only because i wanted to start bulding my credit. The sales lady swore to me the financing company they we're using reported to all 3 credit bureaus, 3 weeks later i found out that progressive leasing which is the finance company doesn't report to any credit bureaus so DON'T BE FOOL BY THEM THEY ONLY TELL YOU THIS THINGS TO MAKE THE SALE!!!

This place is Horrible. Why did I keep coming back for more. All three experiences were completely bad. For starters first purchase, a sofa set. $1,400. Sofa was delivered late, wet and damaged. The sales guy promised the world, once they had the money their was no turning back. I figured well, it's not the Pasadena clearance furniture fault. It was the third party delivery driver who by the way tracked mud in my carpet and ripped the couch at entry. Second purchase, a king size bed and promo free tv. The TV malfunctioned and the mattress collapsed within 6 months. That was a $1300. Purchase. Unfortunately the tv has to go through the vendor which is understandable but the mattress too? Smh. Why did I go back? Lol, maybe cause I just like to be screwed by this place. I ordered a desk and mirror deal for my wife. Sales lady said oh it's in th e warehouse we will have it pulled in three days. Four days told. Worst thing is I believe she is the manager. Why would they make her manager? Idk, but I will update her name on here later. Anywho, it's 7 days now. Still no furniture. Think it was about $500 dollar purchase. When I spoke to her over the phone, she went crazy. I know she's probably stressed and took it out on me, but I warned her. I was going to submit all my documentation to the BBB. To the owner of the company and to anywhere else I can. Be cause we work hard to buy things that we want and need. We are not owed anything but the product we purchase. That simple. Never over promise and under deliver. It's bad business and simply just unfair. That being said, if you shop their after reading this, lol well I told you so.

Sales team were awesome but the delivery idiots are a bunch of dumb asses that broke my door jam when i have the french doors they could have used ..they were just being lazy not to mention the manager was no help at all did not even bother to get it fixed !! Never again buying here !! cost me more to fix my door jam than it would have to go to a professional furniture store !!
