HORRIBLE. For starters they constantly lied about when I would get my furniture. 1 week turned into 3 weeks and when the 3rd week was here they continued too push the date back as to when I would get it. Each time I called I was transferred too 3 different people and they all gave me different answers. Absolute worst, if they have a good sale go somewhere else and they'll price match it so you won't have too get it through affordable and go through the hassle they put customers through. 2 different furniture companies were more than willing too match the prices and I got my furniture the same day as for as affordable lying too me for 3 weeks

Purchased furniture less then one year ago and it is falling in. I contacted the store and was told the salesman lies and no longer works there and it is no one there problem what he told me. I asked is the quality of the merchandise that poor it doesn't last a year I was told yes by the manager that claims he is not the owner.

Good furniture at reasonable price. Delivery was OK, no issues. Customer service need some improvement, otherwise good store

Ok there things are great Ashley is a great product. . my husband and I went there march 2017to buy a new bedroom set. They had delivered our set on time but yep there's a but we had to go back because they didn't bring the boxsprings that which we thought that came with the set. What do SET means? The guy Hassuin that helped us he no longer there so I cant fuss at him. Well next time I won't go there . I was going to get my table set but they might want us to pay for each chair separate. Lol
