I am a customer of this store.. Been have problems with me drier. Sent it in for repair and every time it took longer the a week.. When i got it back it worked for about 20 loads and it would do the same thing. It wouldn't start.. Had this drier "fixed" three different times.. This time after paying it off they for sure just blew me off and had to buy one out right.. After i pay the rest of my stuff off i will not get anything from them ever again.. If your people can't fix something then why use them? This will cost you more people like me and will have reviews like this.. To Aarons you really need to fix this issue.. But its to late for an apology so please don't waist your time..

I placed an order online and Julissa was great! The store called me to let me know the order was in after only a few days. They delivered the items a day later. Also exchanged an item for me with no hassle. Great store staff are all polite!

Im not writing a bad review on this particular Aarons. They seem to be ok according to the reviews but most other Aarons rental stores are a laughable joke. They charge you an arm and a leg on used merchandise and call to herrass you about payments even on due date as if everyone wakes up in the morning and the first thought is Aarons. To me they seem like vultures hovering over your House. There no different than rent a tire. Same outlandish prices, same horrible bullying tactics. Just know what your getting into before signing agreement with them because afterwards, they want your blood
