Great staff. Food (calzones) could use some work. I'd suggest more focus on seasonings. Pasta & calzones were too greasy for Italian food. But a nice place.

Update [June 13, 2017] We tried this place again. I had the Pork Loin and my wife had the Ravioli lasagna. We both really enjoyed our meals and the service was fantastic. We would have given 5 stars but they have removed the salad bar / soup bar for dinners (now just available at lunch). They need to add this back, it is the main reason we went there. New Update Nov 2016: We went again and my pasta was horrible. It was soggy and tasteless. Very disappointing. Service was good though. I am not excited about going here again. It seems to be hit or miss with this place. Not a consistently good product. UPDATE: We return with my parents for my father's birthday. The food was fantastic! The service was horrible. They have high school kids as servers and it is hit or miss with them. We sat for 20 minutes with no bread or even water until the owner brought us some. Our server disappeared for long periods of time and forgot our requests. It was really frustrating. When we finally got food, it was fantastic. They need to train and supervise their servers. I had the salmon and it was great. Overall the visit was ruined by the completely terrible service. We will try again and hope the service is better! OLD: Wife and I tried Pasta Paradiso last week. We liked it. I had the gluten free spaghetti with marinara sauce and the sausage and veggies item under the sauce. I enjoyed it. My wife enjoyed her meal too. When we sat down there was an olive oil dip and another type of dip for the bread that was on the table. (I didn't eat that due to my gluten problem.) I did eat a meatball, which was good, and then found out that the meatballs are not gluten free. (I'm hoping not to suffer too much from this error.) I liked the salad choices. The artichoke hearts were yummy. I wish there could be a little code like "GF" on the buffet labels to show what is gluten free. It's $17 bucks for dinner so that is a little expensive, but I think if they keep the quality up they will do fine. They were serving some limited beer and wine. The owner said she was going to add a chicken dish to the buffet, which my wife thought would be good. (It is likely to be breaded so not something I can eat.) The service was good. All in all, it's a good addition to the limited culinary establishments in Los Alamos and we will be back.

A wonderful brunch. Restaurant was very clean with friendly staff, always ready to serve. Nice variety on the food bar. Very enjoyable experience. I recommend Pasta Paradiso to everyone! 😄

Very average food. It's priced way too high. Although the service was good, I wouldn't go back.

Friendly personal, amaizing manager. I arrived to this place 20 min before they closed, so buffet didnt had some food. Manager came up to us and said they will bring more food in a sec. Couple minuts later all bar was restocked. Definitely coming back
