I am not from OKC and was in desperate need of an oil change. I didn't know where to go for the best service, so I took a chance with Pat's and was delighted! Everyone was so lovely, including my salesman (#007, sorry I forgot his name) who went out of his way to make sure my car was in its best condition. I will be going back in a few months for additional services and will be recommending their business to others.​

I pulled in after my tire light came on.  They immediately checked and filled up all four tires without appointment or charge, and notified me that one tire was significantly lower than the other.  Two days later that tire was indeed low again.  They took my car, again without appointment, and patched the damaged tire, again at no charge.  Fast and efficient.  And great customer service.

I showed up almost a full hour before they opened after noticing a flat on the way to work. Monty without hesitation came out to check on me. When I explained my situation he immediately offered to go ahead and get started. After also speaking with the manager Frank I can assure you I have never been happier with the customer service at an auto repair shop! Highly recommend these guys are top notch!

I had a low tire due to a puncture and I was able to be seen and fixed the same day.

The service and attention to detail was great (they noticed a broken tail light).

The staff is friendly and call you when the car is ready. Great place to take your car if you happen to be downtown.

I thought my left front wheel studs were stripped and I asked them to change them out along with the wheel and nuts. Turns out the studs were fine and Frank Lopez called to tell me. Saved me a chunk of change! Thank you Frank Lopez!!

Edit 1-4-18: Charged me $65 for a wheel stud that they broke during a tire rotation. Same left-front wheel studs I asked them to replace a few months ago, but they said were fine.
