I did not have a bad experience with the doctor per se. However when I contacted the staff before the surgery, I was told that I have to bear $x while later I received a bill for $2x...infact a bit more than twice. I had called atleast 4-5 times before the surgery to check for the cost on the whole. Please double check before visiting/scheduling any surgery/appointments.

Had his license suspended cause he was reusing single use anal catheters. Good he was caught in the US, he would have never got caught in India for something like this. What a disgrace! deport the money sucker at the earliest.

Considering be just had his license suspended for reusing single-use anal catheters, for your own life safety, stay away!

During a Dec. 19 hearing, the state says documented evidence allegedly showed that although 82 procedures were performed in Patankar's office between Jan. 1 and Nov. 30, only five catheters were ordered in that period. After reviewing evidence and hearing testimony last week, the state Board of Medical Examiners unanimously found that Patankar's reuse of the catheters demonstrated a lack of judgment, and "placed patients in clear and imminent danger."

You suck I would give you negative number but I can’t. One day surgery turned into over a month stay. Would NEVER recommend you, not even to a dog.
