Story

Cindy Schmidt, owner of Pathways, is an expert practitioner with over 19 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Over the last 10 years, she has been incorporating her training in Yoga, Reiki and Meditation into her practice to provide a more Holistic approach to healing.

Physical Therapy services include injury recovery and prevention, manual therapy, exercise prescription, Women’s health and wellness, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Postural analysis and Yoga prescription.

Cindy is an incredibly skilled Physical Therapist who has significantly improved the function of my body and the injuries I have been challenged with. I appreciate and value greatly her wholistic approach to healing; mind, body, and spirit. She creates an inviting and safe place and is very easy to talk to. After seeing her the first time and receiving treatment for my ankle injury which left me out of physical activity for a month, I noticed significant improvement over the following week and was back to putting weight on it and starting to exercise within 2 weeks. I rememeber thinking, "That was like a Magic Treatment!" Not only did it help my targeted injury, but i noticed the positive effect it created on my mood through the treatment she gave me. I returned to receive treatment from Cindy 3 weeks ago with a shoulder cuff injury. The moment it happened, I knew I needed to see her. Here I am 3 weeks later using my shoulder with no pain and full weight. I can confidently say that the full quick recovery goes to to the treatment and expertise of Cindy. If you have any physical/emotional challenges/injuries, I highly recommend seeing Cindy for your treatment and seeing for yourself the wonders she can do for your healing!

Cindy is amazing! I was in neck pain every single day, and even told I may need surgery, until I started seeing her. She is caring , gentle, and truly cares about the entire picture.

Cindy's ability to weave traditional physical therapy techniques with yoga and her many other techniques is totally unique. It gives her patients a more comprehensive type of treatment than typical physical therapy alone. She provides care that is designed specifically for each individual and ways to heal in mind, body and spirit. I highly recomend her for anyone seeking a path to deep healing!

Cindy is one of those exceptional individuals who can really listen. This means a great deal, because when she is listening to your history she is able to get closer to the source of the problem. She is calm and compassionate and is a very experienced physical therapist. Cindy will spend the time with you to help you heal. I highly recommend her.

Cindy's gentle and thorough care helped me diagnose and holistically treat knee and hip pain. She treated and helped educate me on posture and position- now I'm back and running regularly!
