My father was a long-term patient/resident there (approximately 15 years) and that is where he spent his final days.  I have never been a fan of nursing homes or skilled nursing facilities however Four Corners is a huge exception.  From our experience, the staff has always been built with top-notch, caring and dedicated people that were always like family that always seemed to have a lot of compassion.  They added immensely to my father's quality of life.  They were very focused on his needs and comfort and.....my father was happy there!!!  I cannot say enough good about this facility and their great people right down to their accounting office.  We lived several states away but they always stayed in touch and treated us like royalty when we would visit.  We actually miss the staff.
