I highly recommend Patient centered care of Kentucky. I have never, an I do mean never, had more personal caring drs. Than right here at this office. An Ms.Keller is just a bonus! In just the last few months I have had several health issues resolved that I've been trying for years to get resolved. These doc's waste no time getting to the root of the problem. As for the staff, well go see for yourself, they ROCK.. The remodeling is gonna be so nice. I am 1 happy camper an no longer " hate" going to see the doctor...God Bless

Patient centered care of Kentucky is amazing, I have definitely found my primary care providers. The staff is friendly and caring and the providers take the time to listen and see an issue through to the end. You can make an appointment or just walk in which is super convienient! They are also offering flu and pneumonia vaccinations this season to prevent a problem before it starts. Just all around a great experience!

Unfortunately, Patient Centered Care of Ky was not the owner of this Organization in 2015 and I cannot speak for the prior ownership. If you visit the practice today you will find that the building is under new ownership, we have new staff and that multiple construction projects are underway to improve patient comforts, waiting times, cleanliness and the like. Furthermore we have added a new roof to the building and brand new doors and are re-glassing the infrastructure. We continue to strive for excellence everyday and know that you will not receive better care in the Commonwealth. This is my personal guarantee. Faiz Uddin, MD

LOVE DR. Uddin!! Very helpful and always helps with all my needs and concerns! Wanting to bring my child here. So thankful that to have an amazing doctor!!

I have been very satisfied under Dr. Uddin care. He has helped me with all my problems, I suffer from trauma from a wreck & it took me 4 years to find a doctor to help me figure out what is wrong & help me & Dr. Uddin did just that! I'm forever greatful, he has by far been the best doctor I've ever had!
