I have been with Patrick Graham State Farm Insurance for several years now and I don't plan to go anywhere else. 3 of my son's use this office location as well. The agents are always kind, thoughtful and willing to help at any given time if we have any questions. If there's anything we need, they handle it A.S.A.P. They're always looking to help their customers out in the best way possible whether it be getting you the best quote, tailored just for you at really great prices, or following up on a claim. They were even there for myself and my son when we were purchasing or searching to purchase new vehicles. I love this Agency for so many reasons, but the biggest reason is the Agents themselves. Patrick Graham , Alex Johnson, and Lewis Lara. Whenever we call they treat us more like family , and not just a number as some companies out there do. The best! This crew is amazing, and I Highly Recommend them if you are about giving business to good people who have your back. I receive a phone call if something big changes and they really put forth the effort to help you feel informed. It's nice to feel like your insurance company wants the best for you and they do that.

Really happy with my entire claim experience. My agent, James made the entire process easier to understand and had a lot of helpful advice for mine and my family's situation. Their team went the extra mile for us much unlike my past experiences with claims through other insurance companies and agencies where you are a number and just a bill they actually help and work to keep your business.
