The most unprofessional insurance branch I've ever dealt with! I had to renew my commercial liability insurance during April 2015 an several companies knew this and solicited for my insurance business. Their agent Debra hounded me for over a month trying to get me to sign with this company. After sending me a quote that was the lowest price, i decided to go with this branch. My insurance expired on the 8th and i signed up on the 6th and gave her my credit card number to take out the down payment. On the 8th, the day my current insurance expired, Debra called and said they didnt know i had the same current insurance company as the one she quoted me at a lower price so they immediately cancelled their new policy because the insurance company said the business belonged to the original company and said thanks have a good day and tried to hang up. I asked for her boss and called a Stacy who said it was my fault for not mentioning who i currently had and they wasn't going to do anything about it and basically tough luck. Very unprofessional and cold. I didn't know they had to know my current company. They underwrite for a big specialty company who does most the insurance companies like me need. So basically they almost put me out of business. I has to go crawling back the 1st insurance with the higher rates and go on record as late paying. Watch out for professionalism with this branch!
