Being new to Fort Wayne, I used Cignas doctor search to find a new PCP for my husband and myself and Dr Holly was among the choices. When I called Thursday to schedule new patient appointments the lady I spoke to was cold and unfriendly and sounded a bit annoyed. It's a few days later and I still couldn't shake it, being talked to with that level of disregard by a doctors office is concerning and has stayed on my mind. So...today, Tuesday, I found another doctor with a MUCH friendlier staff and I immediately called Dr Holly's office to cancel. The young lady I spoke to today (a different one) wasn't any nicer than the first, she too was very cold and seemed annoyed with my call. She never asked if I wanted to reschedule or why I was canceling she only asked "is there anybody else?" when I told her no she said "yep, okay" and hung up. Before I made any calls today I googled Dr Holly read his reviews. To read that a former patient left because of the unfriendliness of his nurses along with my experience with the phone staff shows an unpleasant pattern that I don't want in a doctors office. It's unfortunate really, the doctor himself may be a great guy with a tremendous bedside manner and a wealth of knowledge, but I couldn't get past the front desk to find out.

Been Dr Holly's patient for 20 or more years and he has been an excellent family physician. I would highly recommend him to all.
