I'm a new patient with Parkview. The more time I spent with Dr. Perera the more I became convinced she will be my primary care physician.
I had dropped off paper works at the dr office last week Wednesday and explained and specified how important it was and that it needed to be filled out by the end of the week at front desk and the girl was giving me attitude as I was explaining how important it is for the patient, She told me that dr.Perera usually do her paper works on Wednesday and that it will be done yesterday, so I called them and wasn’t able to get in contact with them. I went in to the office today to get the paperwork that should have been filled out according to her front desk we were called inside the room to let us know that the paperwork was put aside and now she’s on vacation for 3 weeks and gave the paperwork to me.
I have been waiting since August 25,2023 for her to sign a death certificate, one so he can be cremated instead he's being kept in cold storage and I'm definitely not happy about that, two so I can take care of his legalities, three I need closure and without the certificate I'm believing he's still here,I'm sorry but after 29 years of marriage this is unacceptable, should have been signed immediately ,
She has been my family physician now for approximately 10 years. Very diligent. Listens to issues, does not talk over you, and actually hears what you say. Not afraid to work with ONE, Parkview Ortho, or Hands On Physical Therapy. Very clean environment. Check her out if you are looking for a family or personal GP.
Dr. Perera is great, she always takes the time to hear all of my issues. She has been both my husband and my PCP for years. Highly recommend!
Dr. Perera is absolutely the perfect primary care physician. Her gentle, caring, professionalism is only topped by her intelligence and listening skills. My whole family loves her!
Dr. Perera is very thorough and devotes the time needed to address my concerns. She is very professional and i highly recommend her for your family's needs.
Dr Perera and her team are hands down the best. They work together very well and they answer all my questions. I so appreciate them.
