We have used this veterinary office for years.... they truly love animals.  Their pricing is also very reasonable.  If you are looking for a vet in the Charleston area I highly recommend them... I drive all the way from Huger just to take my dogs here.  I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Amazing people who really care for animals and understand our special relationship with them. My dog is as special to me as any family member ever has been, and they treat her with the same respect and care as I, myself would. Highly recommended!

Affordable and convenient. I have been to a few other clinics in Mount Pleasant and they have been pretty bad. So happy I found this clinic! Good small animal vets are hard to find.

My dog is my kid and there is kind patient staff here that deal with me even when I am being difficult about my buddy.   Knowledgeable medical staff that treat you & your pet like your family.   No appointment necessary & there is morning & late in the day hours for convenience.   All puppies are cuddled by staff upon entry.

I can never say enough about how wonderful Dr. Patrick and his staff are. They've saved two of our pets lives. They're friendly, compassionate and are priced fairly. I will forever bring my furbabies to Patrick Veterinary Clinic.
