To be honest I was hesitant to go to Patsy Lou, being I had another favorite place in mind. I will now never go any place else than Linden Rd. Wayne the Sales Manager was always welcoming, professional, addressed my concerns and in every dept. making sure things were running smoothly. Mark in finance is great too! He was able to get me approved with terrible credit with a reasonable payment considering the facts. Wendy in sales helped with my approval process. I know who is my favorite dealer, Patsy Lou that's who!" I hope this review helps others.

I Patsy Lou to have my oil checked the oil service team is really great. Unlike the others service depts she has never take your auto to there car wash it scratches your auto up I am so dis please with Patsy Lou she is not loyal at all when it comes to righting her company wrong. So if you want to get the brush off help yourselves It was my first and last time experience with patsy lou dealers ship after I purchase my auto there you are quickly kicked to the curb.

Was in and out so quick for oil change rotate and balance and guys were professional and to the point.

Sent a message on Facebook about a special you had while I was at work, someone responded asked what my phone number was. I responded with my number, they said they would have someone call me. 36 hours later, no call, no messages back, nothing. I'll take my money to Al Serra. Patsy Lou is the worst. Wouldn't recommend if they were the last GM dealer in Michigan. I'd buy a car off of someone's front yard before I'd give this company my business.
